TruVista Announces Retirement Of CEO J. Brian Singleton From Management Responsibilities
TruVista, a leading provider of broadband services across South Carolina and Georgia, announced that Chief Executive Officer J. Brian Singleton will retire from management responsibilities with the company effective February 2, 2022. He will become Chairman of the Board of Directors at that time and serve in an advisory capacity for the Board with management.
President and Chief Operating Officer Carla J French has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of TruVista effective February 2, 2022. As the Chief Executive Officer Ms. French will be the senior officer of the company and have responsibility for the leadership and management of the company.
Brian Singleton has served as TruVista’s CEO since December 2004 and stated: “It has been a privilege to lead this company and so many great employees over the past 17 years. I look forward to participating in the continued growth of TruVista in a different capacity and I appreciate the opportunity to serve as Chairman.”
Carla French joined TruVista in 2014 and has served in various roles including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and President, managing all aspects of the core business. Singleton stated, “Carla is uniquely qualified to lead the company toward achieving our growth aspirations in the coming years while maintaining our focus on providing customers with best in class broadband services. She has the knowledge, energy and passion for this business that we need to continue our successes in the next phase of our expansion and growth.”
