Kahn Construction, Shelly Little, COO of The Arnold Companies, and a full house of Midlands business & political leaders, Arnold Companies CEO Ben Arnold cut the ribbon for The Palms at 1101 Lady Street – downtown Columbia’s fresh, new icon of economic prosperity.
A modern new rental residence with a top-floor club lounge with covered balcony and fire pit at the corner of Lady and Assembly streets in the heart of Columbia, The Palms is one of the latest projects from real estate developer Ben Arnold. Each home has contemporary finishes, modern designer flooring and lighting, quartz countertops and energy efficient appliances. With the exquisite night views lighting up the Columbia skyline, this new kid on the block is already bringing a new energy to downtown Columbia.
The Arnold Companies welcomed over 100 of the Midlands’ most stylish attendees at a private, top-floor soiree. The former location of Moe Levy’s and Howard Sports is now home to 83 new residences. The Palms offers a variety of floor plans with studio, one and two bedrooms, ranging in size from 458 to 1,158 square feet, with 10’ ceilings on the top floor. Pre-leasing is underway, and residential occupancy has commenced.
