BPS' Jamie Harris to Serve as Treasurer of Delaware Captive Insurance Association

Jamie Harris, audit manager, has been named treasurer for the Delaware Captive Insurance Association (“DCIA”). The DCIA’s mission is to serve as the unified voice of the captive insurance industry in Delaware and to support the development and growth of the industry through marketing, networking, education, and legislative initiatives. This mission is very important, as Delaware has grown from having 38 captive insurers in 2009 to over 550 active captives.
